Venola, a dedicated educator and transformative leader, has been instrumental in driving student success. As the Founder & President of Achievelt Educational Services, she collaborates with educators nationwide to develop innovative strategies for enhancing student achievement and well-being. With a deep passion for school improvement, Venola specializes in strategic planning, leadership development, instructional excellence, culture and climate, and parental engagement. Her career journey began as a Teach For America corps member and teacher in Atlanta Public Schools, where she witnessed firsthand the incredible potential of students. Under her guidance, students consistently achieved significant academic growth.

Venola’s commitment to professional development led her to TNTP, where she managed a program for K-12 teachers and played a pivotal role in launching Georgia’s alternative teacher certification program. She subsequently served as the Director of Certification for Teach For America and created the Teacher Leadership Development Program, providing an alternative certification pathway for new teachers. As a published author of “Teach Up!: Empowering Teachers through Relationships, Rigor, and Relevance,” Venola shares her insights and experiences to inspire and equip educators. With her unwavering dedication and proven track record, Venola continues to make a significant impact on the field of education.
