Meet Kedra Fairweather, an influential figure in educational leadership, celebrated as CEO of Positivity Reighns LLC. Hailing from Atlanta, Georgia, she is a proud alumna of the University of Georgia, holding a BA in Speech Communications and a Master’s in Education Administration and Policy. Currently pursuing a Master of Divinity at Mercer University, Kedra’s journey spans over 20 years in education, with 16 dedicated to leadership roles. As the visionary Coordinator for Leadership Development in a local Georgia District, she spearheaded the creation of a district-wide Executive Leadership Series, developing leaders across the entire district. Kedra’s impact extends beyond her community, collaborating with and supporting organizations such as the Georgia Department of Education and the Georgia Department of Behavioral Health. A sought-after speaker, coach, and wellness champion, Kedra is on a mission to inspire positive change, fostering healthy cultures and climates in educational settings.
